Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Shipping is $10 USD per order, regardless of the order amount.
  • Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully received. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via ePacket.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided below.
  • A signature is not required upon delivery.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal service, and customs processing. Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1 day after receiving the returned item.
  • The original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
